Salesforce Program Manager

Canada | Remote/Hybrid | 12+ Month Contract

Hourly Rate: $120–$140/hr INC

About the Role emergiTEL is hiring a Salesforce Program Manager for our client in the financial services industry.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Salesforce Program Manager to lead a high-profile eCRM Retail transformation while helping establish a scalable Salesforce governance framework and mature the organization's Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). This role combines enterprise-level program strategy with hands-on project execution in a complex banking environment. Must be able to work in Canada.

Hands-On eCRM Delivery & Execution

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of a large-scale Salesforce eCRM project.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges to keep initiatives on track.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, steering committee presentations, and Project Leadership Team (PLT) updates.
- Drive successful project delivery by collaborating with business, technology, and vendor teams.

Strategic Governance & CoE Evolution

- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement an enterprise Salesforce governance framework.
- Help build and mature the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Standardize delivery practices, release management,



and setting governance across Salesforce platforms.
- Align business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure consistent project delivery.

What You Bring

- 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Proven experience designing and implementing governance frameworks and Salesforce CoEs.
- Strong background delivering eCRM and digital transformation initiatives within Banking or Financial Services.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic program leadership with hands-on project execution.
