We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Sandwich Artist/Cashier to join our team at Bello Italian Sandwich Co. This role involves preparing fresh sandwiches and salads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

We are looking for a long-term team member with previous restaurant experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment and have a strong understanding of food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork. Duties:

- Prepare and assemble fresh Italian sandwiches and menu items according to company standards and recipes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate the cash register (POS) and process customer transactions.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure the workspace is organized and sanitary.




- Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure high-quality food service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous restaurant experience is required.
- Looking for a long-term employee who is reliable, punctual, and committed to growing with our team.
- Experience in food preparation, food handling, and the food service industry.
- Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
