SAP Financial Lead/Public Cloud Finance

Location: Montreal (Canada)

Duration: 6 months+ extensions

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financials Lead / SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Consultant to lead the Finance workstream for a greenfield SAP implementation. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy scalable finance solutions while providing functional leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a long-term SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the SAP Finance workstream for an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
- Facilitate finance workshops and gather business requirements
- Configure and implement SAP Financials including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting




- Internal Orders
- Financial Reporting
- Collaborate with technical, integration, and data teams
- Lead testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
- Support post-production enhancements and continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

- 7–10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience
- Proven experience leading SAP Financials workstreams on SAP S/4HANA implementations
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience strongly preferred
- Robust understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
