Every day, you'll do more than drive a bus. You'll help students with disabilities arrive safely, confidently, and ready to learn, while building real relationships with the students and families you serve.

What You'll Do:

- Safely transport students with disabilities to and from school
- Build positive, professional relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Create a calm, safe, and supportive environment on your bus
- Assist students with boarding, seating, and securing mobility devices as needed
- Complete daily vehicle pre-trip inspections
- Follow established routes and schedules using GPS and communication technology
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of your assigned vehicle, including washing, fueling, and delivering it for scheduled maintenance

- Pay:



up to $150/day based on 5–6 hours on the road (split AM/PM routes)

What You'll Need:

- Minimum 3 years of winter driving experience
- Full Monday–Friday availability, both AM and PM (6:30–9:30 am and 1:30–4:30 pm)
- A valid Class 5 (non-GDL) Alberta driver's licence or higher
- Ability to secure parking for the small school bus at or near your home (we'll walk you through what qualifies)
- Comfort with light physical duties, such as assisting students on/off the bus and securing mobility equipment
- A explicit driver's abstract, criminal record check, and vulnerable sector check
- Completion of drug testing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
