Your Responsibilities As a School Van Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring students arrive safely and on time.

Responsibilities include

- Safely transporting students to and from school and school-related activities.
- Performing thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Following assigned routes and schedules while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ensuring students board, ride, and exit the bus safely.
- Maintaining a clean and professional vehicle.




- Communicating professionally with parents, schools, dispatch, and management.
- Responding calmly and appropriately to unexpected situations.
- Following all Ministry of Transportation regulations and company safety policies.
- Representing Darchei Noam Ways Ltd. with professionalism and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications To be considered, applicants must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Hold a valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
- Have a minimum of one year of driving experience
- Have a clean Driver's Abstract with no demerit points (issued within the past 3 months)
- Successfully complete a Ministry of Transportation Medical Examination
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Hold valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit)
- Be dependable, punctual, and committed to student safety
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Present a professional appearance and maintain high standards of conduct

Preferred Qualifications We encourage applicants with experience in any of the following:
- School bus driving
- Commercial passenger transportation




- Charter transportation
- Working with children
- Customer service
- Special needs transportation

Class B* and E* licensed drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

- Part-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Morning and afternoon routes
- Optional charter work available
