Scraper Operator

Brodsky Construction is seeking an experienced Scraper Operator. Wage will depend on experience.

Requirements

- Must be driven to excel in your position, and improve every day.
- 4 years experience operating scraper in an earth moving setting.
- Knowledge and experience reading and understanding slope stakes, grade stakes etc.
- Completing daily pre start-up checklists.
- Own transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to work away from home.
- Willing to work 60+ hours per week.
- 10 Days on, 4 Days off
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to operate other types of equipment when required.
- Must be physically fit and willing to assist in labour duties as required such as installing geotextiles, silt fence,



culverts etc.
- Possession of current safety tickets (first aid, TDG etc.) will be considered an asset. Please include copies of any certificates with resume.
- Experience with Topcon GPS control will be considered an asset.
- Ability to operate grader, excavator, dozer, loader and any other equipment will be considered an asset.

Job Type: Full time Pay: From $30.00 per hour

- scraper: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
