Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality prints according to specifications.
- Prepare screens, inks, and substrates, ensuring all materials meet quality standards before production begins.
- Monitor printing processes, adjusting settings as needed to maintain color accuracy and print clarity.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning screens and troubleshooting mechanical issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies within the warehouse environment, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Assist with packaging finished products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow safety procedures diligently,
including proper use of personal protective equipment and forklift operation when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environments is preferred; familiarity with screen printing is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control during production.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment maintenance.
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures including inventory management and packaging practices.
