Duties

- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activity and ensure the safety of premises
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security breaches or hazards
- Control access points by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and deterring theft or vandalism




- Enforce company policies and safety procedures to uphold a secure environment at all times

Requirements

- Proven experience or background in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong surveillance skills with familiarity using CCTV systems for monitoring large areas effectively
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to prevent theft and safeguard assets
- Ability to remain alert and vigilant during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders or team members
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods throughout the shift
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus
