Locations Brampton, ON L6Y6K7, CAN Role Overview As part of the Corporate Finance team, the Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis manages the consolidation and reporting process for the P&L;, supports budgeting and forecasting for various departments, and provides analysis and reports to support business decisions. Job Responsibilities - Manage consolidations process of Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement for management reporting of actuals and forecast reporting purposes.

- Lead Month End Forecast activities for P&L;, CAPEX, and OPEX for the Monthly Business Review, working closely with Business Area Finance teams, Tax, Investor Relations, and departmental owners.
- Support the IT department as a Business Partner, providing accurate and timely data on CAPEX and OPEX budgets as well as Headcount against their Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Prepare and analyse management reporting of consolidated financial results, liaising with Business Areas Finance teams to understand results and variances, and building data‑driven narratives to support financial statements and Board presentations. Support corporate reporting with audit‑related requests from External Auditors.
- Drive special projects as assigned.
- Build trust‑based relationships through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders – Business Area Finance teams, all levels of management and other corporate groups.

Skills and Capabilities - Post‑secondary education in finance/accounting, CPA (CA, CMA or CGA) designation.

- Experience within an IFRS environment.
- Experience working in a project revenue/overtime environment.
- OneStream, Workiva experience is an asset.
- Ability to extract, work with and synthesize large volumes of data and derive narrative behind it.
- Infor LN ERP proficiency (other ERP proficiency will be considered).
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic quick‑paced environment and to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of ethics and a team player.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint and other associated Microsoft Office products.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership and drive projects/issues to completion.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive and a good sense of judgment.
- Demonstrated skills leading without authority and driving projects to completion.
- Process improvement mindset and ability and willingness to drive change.

Experience - Minimum 5+ years of post‑designation accounting experience.

- Experience in consolidation and reporting systems an asset.
- Experience working and connecting data from a multitude of systems and software.
- Experience with high complexity projects such as M&A; activities, system implementations, capital and financing transactions is considered an asset but not mandatory.

Special Considerations

Successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the Reliability status level, pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP), and be able to obtain higher clearances.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 annually. The specific compensation offered will be based on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
