Lola Construction Management (LCM) and White Label Homes (WLH) is a small but experienced design-build and construction management office focused on highly detailed design solutions for high-end single family residential and small-scale commercial clients. We are a tight-knit team of experienced individuals. We offer employees the ability to grow within their role and take on additional responsibility, whatever their aspirations may be.

We provide a full service design and construction experience which aims to give clarity and surety throughout every step of the project. We achieve this with a thorough schematic design process, detailed design renderings and diligent construction drawing packages.

We offer our employees the ability to collaborate on a daily basis with clients, consultants, and our construction management team to gain valuable real world experience on construction sites and with trade contractors.

LCM/WLH employs a full time registered architect and allows its employees the opportunity to gain hours towards registration with the MAA or ABTAM.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

LCM/WLH is looking to expand its design team. We are in the market for a senior architectural technologist to lead projects within our pre-construction team and help shape how our design work gets built.

This is a role for someone ready to own projects rather than support them. You will run files from schematic design through construction administration,



act as a primary point of contact for clients and consultants, and set the standard for the drawing packages that leave our office.

Suitable candidates should have the following core competencies:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional office
- A robust command of construction drawings and building science, with the judgment to resolve detailing issues independently
- Proven experience leading the assembly of construction drawing packages from start to finish
- Experience leading code review, permit applications, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction
- Confidence acting as the primary point of contact with clients, engineers, and consultants
- Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior staff
- Experience with 3D modelling and rendering software
- Experience with the Vectorworks software platform
- An interest in working on high-end single family residential projects
- An interest in dealing hand-in-hand with construction management and trade contractors
