Leo Berwick is looking for a Sr. Associate to join our growing Infrastructure, Renewables and Energy Transition Financial Due Diligence deal team. You’re the right fit for this role if you –
You are a passionate financial strategist looking to be a true partner in a fast-paced, evolving firm
You are a skilled communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable information for our leaders and clients
You have experience designing and implementing policies, procedures and programs that support high performing teams aligned to our current and future growth plans

Participate in financial due diligence engagement related to acquisitions or divestments.
Analyze business plans and publicly available information on the target business.
Review all historic financial data available related to the proposed deal.
Evaluate potential synergies and post-merger integration considerations.
Report key issues and risks to our clients.
Correlate due diligence findings with client valuations and manage expectations of service. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field required
CPA or comparable accounting/finance designation preferred
Experience with a start-up organization and/or a large professional services organization
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and in an unsupervised environment
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality The successful candidates must be able to travel with Canada and the USA. How to Apply:
