You will play a key role in business transformation by being part of large-scale strategic initiatives across the organization.

In this role you will join a highly skilled group of project professionals working across the organization. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid mode with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.

What You Will Do

- Support project readiness activities including business process and workflow analysis, impact assessments, and eliciting requirements from multiple business lines to support business challenges and opportunities.
- Develop requirements specifications for high-level business, functional and acceptance criteria, produce high-level and detailed business models, and participate in both agile/waterfall development cycles oversee the develop considering all implications to systems.




- Assist in leading assessments to accurately understand current and future state, assess risks and communicate to all levels consistently.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements of development and clarification.
- Critically assess requirements, decisions, and risks throughout the project
- Develop testing strategies using clear testing needs and acceptance criteria.
- Report in an organized fashion on status, project metrics, testing metrics
- Liaise and coordinate with the various project streams under the program and associated stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- At times where there is no assigned project manager, you will be required to assume some project management role including the creation of project plans, managing resources, managing communication, and monitoring project performance.
