We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to support large-scale technology initiatives across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SDLC, API integrations, and experience working in complex enterprise environments—preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects or at the program level.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into transparent functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze and document current and future state business processes and system flows.




- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.
- Support API design discussions, data mapping, and integration specifications.
- Manage and prioritize requirements, changes, and dependencies across projects.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and approvals with business and IT stakeholders.
- Mentor junior BAs and support consistent standards across the program.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, including program-level or lead BA responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with API design, documentation, and integration projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
