We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through completion while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Coordinate clients, consultants, trades, and suppliers
- Monitor construction progress, risks, and costs
- Lead project meetings and site reviews
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Experience managing construction projects
- Strong leadership, planning, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and project controls
- Comfortable using construction management software
- Relevant education or certification is an asset
- Equivalent education and experience are welcome

Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
