Senior Content Designer (UX) Duration: 12 months (extension possible)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week)

Our client is seeking a Senior Content Designer to create transparent, user-focused content for digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working within cross-functional product teams, you will develop content that simplifies complex information, supports business objectives, and delivers intuitive customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver user-centered content for digital products, websites, and mobile experiences.

Create, edit, and proofread clear, engaging content that supports customer needs.

Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Apply design thinking and content strategy principles to improve digital experiences.

Participate in user research, concept development, planning, testing, and post-launch evaluations.

Ensure content aligns with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and business objectives.





Present content recommendations and provide guidance on content best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or digital content strategy.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with expert-level English proficiency.

Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, user-focused content.

Experience developing content strategies aligned with business and customer goals.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to Have

Financial services experience.

Experience designing content for public-facing websites.

Mobile application experience.

Familiarity with Figma.

Background in UX, human-centred design, interaction design, or related disciplines.
