The Senior Creature Technical

Director will utilize their expertise in Houdini and Maya to create high-quality simulations, rigging hero to background creatures, and optimizing performance. Collaborate with a talented team and contribute to exciting projects while helping to guide entry-level artists. Key Responsibilities:

- Set up advanced simulations: cloth, hair, and muscle
- Troubleshoot creature CFX and pipeline issues
- Mentor entry-level artists on best practices
- Script tools and utilities in Maya
- Rig and envelop creatures using Maya Requirements:
- 5+ years in VFX or related field
- Strong proficiency with Houdini and Linux
- Expertise in advanced simulation setups
- Knowledge of anatomy and corrective sculpting
