- Lead and coach the Commercial Lines Team for optimal performance
- Assist Senior Risk Placement brokers with complex placements

- Monitor and exceed growth targets aligned with business objectives
- Enhance workflows and procedures for increased efficiency Requirements:
- 5+ years in risk placement for complex commercial risks
- Extensive experience in managing commercial insurance teams
- Expert knowledge of insurance workflows and policies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
