Purpose of the Position

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial management, accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions for Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation ("TIC") and its subsidiaries.

This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records, oversees core accounting functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, banking, and financial reporting), and provides strategic financial leadership that supports organizational planning,



operational decision‑making, and sustainable business growth.

The Senior Finance Manager plays a key leadership role in maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legislation, supporting audits, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and providing reliable financial information and recommendations to executive leadership.

Scope

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Finance Manager leads the Finance department and is responsible for the delivery of accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information across multiple corporate entities.

The position ensures accounting processes, financial systems, and internal controls operate effectively while supporting organizational compliance with applicable accounting standards, legislation, and corporate policies.
