About the role

As the Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate, you will be a high-ownership finance partner supporting a defined real estate portfolio or business unit. This role is responsible for helping portfolio performance become more predictable, clearly explained, and proactively managed through disciplined reporting, forecasting, financing support, and risk management. You will lead the monthly reporting cycle, support capital and financing processes, and translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for operational leaders, ownership, and lenders.

Annual Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000
