Driver / Dispatcher — Full-Time

We are a marine supply company that keeps ships moving. For years we have supplied cargo and cruise vessels up and down the West Coast — food, hardware and stores delivered on time, every time. We are looking for a dependable Driver / Dispatcher who can keep our deliveries running smoothly and help coordinate the flow of orders from our warehouse to the docks.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a starting wage of $27.50 per hour, a Monday-to-Friday schedule and room to grow.

Responsibilities:

On the road:

- Safe and timely delivery of orders to vessels, terminals, and ports
- Loading and securing goods for transport
- Maintaining delivery records and paperwork
- Vehicle checks and general upkeep

In dispatch:

- Managing and coordinating the day's routes for all drivers
- Taking an active role in daily operations
- Communicating with warehouse and office staff to keep orders on track
- Working alongside agents and coordinating deliveries with them
- Other duties as required

What we are looking for:





- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, dependable and hardworking
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Schedule & pay:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime, paid at time and a half
- Three-month probationary period, with a wage increase after successful completion
- Benefits (dental and extended health care) begin after three months
