Practice Scope and Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and diagnoses.
- Administer trigger point injections, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP,and Botox for migraines with precision and care. (Ultrasound guided injection training strongly preferred).
- May help supervise subcutaneous lidocaine program treatments which are delivered by an R.N.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient and multidisciplinary team.
- Provide education to patients on pain management strategies and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

- Medical degree
- Residency and/or fellowship training in Family Medicine, Sport medicine or Pain management.
- Proven expertise in trigger point, injections, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, PRP, and Botox for migraines.
- Robust commitment to patient centered care and a multidisciplinary approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
