NEOB Lavender is a Niagara-on-the-Lake-based manufacturer that grows, distills, bottles, labels, and produces over 150 plant-based products right here on our farm. We believe in creating products that make people feel good about themselves, and we are looking for an energetic, positive leader to inspire our retail team.

As a Boutique Manager, you will lead by example, coach and motivate your team, achieve daily sales targets, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience. If you enjoy leadership, sales, and developing people in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to meet you.

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead the daily operations of the boutique.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals.
- Create an exceptional customer experience through active selling and product education.
- Ensure daily sales targets and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and oversee cash handling.
- Prepare weekly operational and sales reports.
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Support company initiatives, promotions,



and seasonal events.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn extensive product knowledge and ingredients.
- Positive, energetic, and qualified attitude.
