What You'll Be Doing

- Maintain a continual focus on safety and adhere to all company environmental, health, and safety policies, including daily safety analysis and mitigation.
- Complete visual inspections, circuits and wiring, disassembly and reassembly of motors, equipment testing and calibrations, QAQC documentation and storage.
- Work with other trades to complete tasks
- Responsible for material ordering, and QAQC documents directly associated with the project at hand.
- Maintain high standard of safety
- Operate calibrated testing equipment
- Mentor and support apprentices to ensure the highest quality of workmanship across the team.
- Assist team members with the installation, testing and replacement of equipment for other preservation equipment at the facility.

What You Need to Succeed

- Journeyman Electrician Certification
- Previous preservation or electric motor experience,



QAQC documentation experience and familiarity with motor testing equipment including meters and insulation testers
- Standard First Aid and general orientations. (Can be provided)
- A respectful attitude with a strong focus on customer service and exceptional communication skills.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract and the ability to maintain work schedule.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a busy environment
