Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Native)

React | Redux | Java | Spring Boot | AI-Driven Software Development

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer who builds production-quality software across both the front end and back end.

This is not a traditional full stack role. We're looking for an AI-native engineer who has fundamentally changed how they develop software by integrating modern AI agents into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

You don't simply experiment with ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot. You rely on tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent agentic development platforms to plan, build, review, test, debug, and deliver production software faster and with higher quality.

You remain accountable for every line of code AI produces.

What You'll Do

You'll own features from initial requirements through production deployment.

Your responsibilities include:

- Design and build responsive, scalable React applications
- Develop maintainable Redux architecture for complex application workflows
- Build secure, high-performance APIs and services using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop supporting services, automation, tooling, or integrations using Node.js or Python
- Translate product requirements into technical designs
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Create comprehensive automated testing across the application stack
- Debug production issues and improve application reliability
- Review code, improve architecture, and drive engineering best practices
- Own features through deployment, production validation, and ongoing support

AI-Native Software Development AI is central to this role.

We're looking for engineers who use AI throughout the entire development lifecycle, including:

- Turning requirements into implementation plans
- Understanding unfamiliar codebases
- Evaluating architectural approaches
- Writing and refactoring code




- Code reviews and pull request analysis
- Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- QA automation
- Debugging production issues
- Technical documentation
- Release preparation and validation

Beyond IDE autocomplete, you should be comfortable working with:

- Claude Code
- Cursor
- Agentic command-line tools
- Repository-level instructions
- Automated browser testing
- AI-powered development workflows

You should understand how to:

- Break large initiatives into parallel AI-driven tasks
- Orchestrate multiple agents effectively
- Provide the appropriate context and constraints to each agent
- Merge parallel outputs into a cohesive implementation
- Manage context windows across large codebases
- Recognize when AI output requires additional validation
- Verify every AI-generated change before it reaches production

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of skilled software development experience
- Strong production experience with React
- Strong production experience with Redux
- Strong production experience with Java
- Strong production experience with Spring Boot
- Professional experience with Node.js or Python
- Experience building customer-facing web applications
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with authentication and authorization
- Experience with automated testing
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills
- Experience using AI throughout the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
- Ability to validate, refine,



and take ownership of AI-generated code
