Become a Senior Mechanical REVIT Designer, specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems for educational and medical facilities. This role requires significant autonomy and leadership in the design process. In this position, you will work closely with the Associate Principal, focusing on complete mechanical systems modeling in REVIT.

Your experience will guide you as you coach other designers and manage equipment selections directly with suppliers. Your tasks include preparing detailed construction documents and coordinate all systems meticulously with other disciplines to minimize clashes. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and model building mechanical systems using REVIT
- Oversee and mentor junior design personnel
- Collaborate with manufacturers for equipment selection




- Generate detailed construction and schematic documents
- Facilitate clash detection and resolve modeling issues Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience with MEP REVIT software
- Mechanical Engineering diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year in the Canadian construction industry
- Expertise in applicable plumbing and building codes
