Responsibilities

Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the IT portfolio

Execute monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning processes including reconciliation, accrual management, variance analysis, and reporting

Maintain Total Cost of Ownership throughout the project lifecycle

Assist Project Managers with Change Requests and impact assessments related to schedule, scope, resources, and budget

Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, contractor setup, and time-entry administration within Fieldglass

Process and validate transactions through SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce VRM, OpenInvoice, and other enterprise systems





Generate and maintain project financial and resource reporting using Excel and Power BI
