We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sr. Logistics Coordinator whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved. The Sr. Logistics Coordinator will also handle all aspects of shipping and delivery and ensure customer satisfaction by staying in contact and relaying all communications concerning the delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for booking shipments online and over the phone
- Provide on-time updates to customers




- Negotiate rates with carriers, entering data
- Solve issues and follow up updates while providing excellent service to external and internal customers.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Keep logs and records of executed orders etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Requirements:

- Over 4-5 years of experience in Logistics Coordinator role
- Good industry market knowledge and awareness
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience working with Load Link and UFOS programs (an asset)
- Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English
- Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Great problem solving skills
- After hours support is required on rotation basis
