What is the prospect

Join RBC’s Global Investment Office as Senior Manager, Client Services & Delivery, providing critical operational and execution support to deliver seamless client experiences for our Enterprise Strategic Clients. As a licensed CIRO position, you’ll manage investment mandates, ensure risk compliance, and act as a key liaison between the MD/Head, internal teams, and functional partners. This role drives end-to-end client experience excellence for sophisticated global clients, combining operational expertise with strategic partnership across Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and internal stakeholders to create lasting value.

What will you do?

- Assist in onboarding complex GIO clients, coordinating and project managing cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Implement process enhancements to improve client service delivery and operational efficiency
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps and drive continuous improvements
- Coordinate institutional-grade reporting,



performance analytics, and benchmarking for clients
- Support day-to-day client servicing requests in accordance with RBC internal controls policies and procedures
- Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders on behalf of the MD/Head Ensure adherence to RBC’s risk frameworks, regulatory standards, and internal policies in all client deliverables
- Help integrate digital solutions (automation, AI) to enhance client experiences

What do you need to succeed?

Must Haves

- 7+ years in wealth management, investment banking, or client services with focus on UHNW clients
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), outstanding client service, and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational skills, analytical and time management abilities with capacity to manage complexity and shifting priorities
