Winged Canvas is looking for an online sales specialist who is self-motivated, enjoys meeting new people, and believes in the transformative power of art education to join our sales team as a closer.

The candidate must demonstrate:
- Experience in sales / customer service
- Comfortable being on camera during video calls
- Exceptional people skills (charismastic, helpful, friendly, genuine, caring)
- Top notch English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to work in a team (No egos, responsive, and open to feedback)
- Administrative skills required for the job, such as note taking / documenting conversations, following up via email, payment processing, etc

Job Details & Responsibilities
- 1 team meeting per week ~ 1 hr
- Our online team uses Discord to communicate
- You will be booked for sales calls with qualified candidates from supporting sales staff
- There is lots of flexibility, but having a variety of time slots in the AM, PM, and late evening (ET) would be a bonus as our customers are international

Compensation is 100% commission
There is no monthly retainer or stipend, but also no limits on how much you can earn.
- 1 high ticket sale ~ $400 commission USD




- 1 mid ticket sale ~ $190 commission USD
