ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Travel Consultant at Easy Travel & Tourism L.L.C, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, providing expert travel advice, and helping our clients create unforgettable travel experiences. This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of office collaboration and remote flexibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' travel needs and preferences, offering expert advice, and assisting them in planning and booking their trips
- Use your sales skills to promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, flights, and other travel-related services, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the success of the branch
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Utilize travel agency booking systems to make reservations, create itineraries, and handle all aspects of the booking process
- Assist clients in resolving travel-related issues, such as changes in plans, cancellations, or unforeseen complications, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience




- Prepare and maintain accurate travel documents, including tickets, visas, and travel insurance
- Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to provide the best travel solutions to clients

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends
- Knowledge of booking systems is an asset, but not required. We provide practical, hands-on training to complement your travel experience
- A positive attitude and a commitment to lifelong learning
- Personal travel experience is an asset

Pay: $27.60-$32.87 per hour
