We are an audio electronics company specializing in professional wireless audio products, audio accessories, and technical solutions. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of audio electronics who enjoys helping customers and solving technical problems.
Position Summary
The role will be a support contact for customers, providing product information, technical support, order assistance, and troubleshooting guidance. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about audio electronics, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. They’ll also be supporting other managers in other departments when need for customer support decreases.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audio electronic products.
- Assist customers with product selection based on their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
- Create and maintain customer support documentation and FAQs.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
- Support other departments when required
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of audio electronics and audio equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers (Mac OS), email, spreadsheets, and customer database software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with wireless audio systems, speakers, mixers, microphones, or related equipment is an asset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in front facing customer service is mandatory
- Experience in troubleshooting products through phone/email an asset
- Technical sales or product support experience.
