Job Title: Franchise Operator
Location: Vancouver, Winnipeg

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, community-minded, and business-capable Franchise Operator to lead the day-to-day success of a modern immersive training and entertainment location. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong people skills, operational discipline, and local business development to create an outstanding customer experience while growing a high-potential franchise.

The Franchise Operator is responsible for overseeing site operations, staff coordination, customer satisfaction, bookings, local outreach, and overall business performance. This is not just a manager role—it is a leadership role for someone who can represent a state-of-the-art brand, build strong local relationships, and ensure the location runs smoothly, professionally, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the franchise location
- Lead staff, scheduling, customer flow, and service standards
- Ensure guests have a welcoming, safe, and high-quality experience
- Manage bookings, session capacity, and overall site organization
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentation-ready environment
- Support the delivery of VR, XR, simulator, and PC-based training or entertainment experiences




- Monitor equipment readiness and coordinate maintenance or support when needed
- Build local awareness through community engagement, partnerships, and outreach
- Drive sales growth through strong customer service, repeat business, and local promotion
- Track business performance, operational metrics, and reporting requirements
- Uphold franchise standards, brand quality, and operational consistency
- Identify opportunities to expand usage across schools, families, workforce training, corporate clients, or community groups
