We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our office team. This full-time position is responsible for preparing operational reports, processing manufacturer’s warranty claims, invoicing verification, maintaining technician records and reconciling invoices.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed
This position offers the prospect to collaborate with field managers, field technicians, suppliers, and other administrative team members, while contributing to the success of a growing organization.
