CACEIS is seeking a Senior Operations Officer specializing in Income Processing. This permanent, full-time role requires expertise in custody operations and asset servicing across North America. As a Senior Operations Officer at CACEIS, you will manage daily operations, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of income events.

With your solid understanding of Corporate Actions and SWIFT standards, you'll support client queries and uphold impeccable service standards. This role also emphasizes coaching team members and adopting current technologies for enhanced efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Validate and authorize income event processing promptly
- Investigate and resolve outstanding reconciliation items




- Address client queries within service timeframes
- Train staff on operational processes and procedures
- Identify innovations to improve service quality and/or cost Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in custody operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
