Skills Required
- 8–10 years of IT experience, with significant experience working on Pega Platform projects.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in:
- Application Operations Support
- Production Support environments
- Hands-on experience with:
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Change management processes
- Good understanding of:
- Pega architecture
- Case management
- Integrations
- Business process implementation
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of deployment and release management processes.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be eligible for security clearance/background verification requirements.
