This essential role requires a robust background in game production and expertise in agile facilitation. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and pod leads, translating priorities into actionable plans while improving workflows and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Translate pillar priorities into sprint plans and commitments
- Facilitate key Scrum rituals and pod coordination
- Maintain visibility on progress, risks, and delivery confidence
- Keep backlogs clear and actionable with the Product Owner
- Identify and help resolve blockers effectively Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in AAA game production or related roles
- Proven experience as Scrum Master or senior producer
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban approaches
- Experience with milestone planning and risk tracking
