- Collaborate with program, policy, digital, and development teams
- Support the identification of partnership and service improvement opportunities
- Contribute to a shared design practice across a portfolio of related digital products

- Strong ability to develop and execute user research strategies
- Hands-on expertise with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience applying equity, accessibility, and inclusive design practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn research into actionable insights
- Proven track record of advocating for users and influencing product decisions
- A well-developed portfolio that clearly demonstrates your individual role, activities, and contribution on relevant projects (firm-level examples alone are not sufficient)
Additional Information
- Fully remote role – all collaboration occurs via Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- This is ongoing product-portfolio and continuous-improvement work (not a traditional fixed-scope waterfall project)
- Candidates must be available for the full initial one-year term
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
This role is ideal for a senior service designer who enjoys working at the intersection of research, strategy, and delivery in a government digital setting.
