Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

Lead multiple strategic programs from initiation through completion while ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Strategic Planning

Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, establish measurable goals, identify risks, and implement solutions that support organizational priorities.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, clients, vendors, and business partners while providing regular progress updates and strategic recommendations.

Team Leadership





Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Project Managers and cross-functional teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Resource Management

Coordinate resources across multiple initiatives, balance competing priorities, and ensure optimal program performance.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, implement best practices, and support continuous business improvement initiatives.

Performance Reporting

Monitor program performance through key performance indicators, prepare executive-level reports, and present actionable business insights.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

10+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a related field, including at least 5 years leading large-scale business programs and managing cross-functional teams in a senior leadership capacity.

Leadership Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, manage organizational change, and deliver successful business outcomes.

Communication

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership, clients, and key stakeholders.

Problem Solving

Solid analytical thinking, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach to resolving complex business challenges.

Technical Proficiency

Experience using enterprise project management platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools, and collaboration software.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent professional certification is considered a robust asset.

Pay: $9,576.00-$12,737.00 per month
