Job Overview
We are seeking Bartenders/Servers to join our team for the upcoming fall-spring season in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy setting. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
We do have staff accommodation available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Operate POS systems such as Square POS and efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets, catering events, or special functions.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes,
and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending/serving or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Basic understanding of golf and general sports would be a bonus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
