What You'll Do
- Complete occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment goals and recommendations
- Plan and deliver client-centered treatment programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation assistants, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Delegate treatment activities to qualified rehabilitation assistants
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey
What You'll Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Experience working in acute care or rehabilitation is preferred
- Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Positive work and attendance record
- Comfortable using clinical and computer applications
- Flexible, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $40.00-$49.00 per hour
