Job Summary
The Fertility Partners (TFP) is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support recruitment across a range of clinical positions and may be performed remotely.
The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and support timely and effective hiring outcomes. Experience recruiting within healthcare or other regulated environments with a customer centric approach is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries are encouraged to apply as well.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs
- Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates using multiple channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking metrics
- Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and applicable employment standards
- Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support ongoing hiring needs
Required Skills and Abilities
- Robust knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of applicable provincial legislation
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsive
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments is an asset
