Overview

Our practice in Northern Pines Dental is seeking an experienced, skilled Dentist to join our thriving practice. Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures including restorative dentistry, crown and bridge work
- Conduct endodontic procedures, with particular emphasis on molar endodontics
- Perform surgical extractions and other oral surgery procedures within scope of practice
- Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
- Interpret dental radiographs and other diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants,



and office staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Stay current with emerging dental techniques, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to practice development initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and privacy laws

Requirements

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Current dental license to practice in Ontario
- 2-3 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist
- Demonstrated proficiency in endodontic procedures, especially molar endodontics
- Experience with surgical extractions
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity
- Foreign dental graduates with appropriate Canadian certifications are welcome

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $1.00-$312,189.35 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate of Registration Dental Surgeons of Ontario (required)
