Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Plumber/Gasfitter to join our energetic team. This vital role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas systems across various commercial and residential projects. As a key contributor, you will utilize your technical expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plumbing and gas services. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics
- Perform gasfitting tasks such as connecting, testing, and servicing gas lines in compliance with safety standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute project requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and install plumbing components with precision
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections on plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure optimal operation
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols




- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and ensure project milestones are met

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing and gasfitting issues
- Proficiency in HVAC systems maintenance and repair is a plus
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installations
- Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction materials
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and layout work
- Experience with carpentry tasks related to framing or supporting plumbing infrastructure
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in assembly or repairs
