Job Summary: As a Retail Associate here at Outfitters SSM, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will be responsible for assisting customers, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Provide product knowledge and fashion advice to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions.
- Merchandising:
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
- Ensure accurate pricing and tagging of merchandise.
- Replenish and restock inventory to meet customer demands.
- Cash Handling:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to cash-handling policies.




- Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Working Hours: Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
