Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, maintaining kitchen sanitation, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper sanitation practices.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including Micros POS.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Proficient in using POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

- Food Safety Certificate is a requirement.
