Job Title: Project Coordinator – Renovation / Construction

We are a small but busy renovation company in the GTA looking for a reliable and organized Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily coordination and tracking of multiple renovation projects
- Material ordering, supplier & subcontractor coordination
- Client communication, quotations, change orders and progress payments
- Regular job site visits and inspections
- Weekly project reports and planning
- Project documentation and record keeping

Requirements:

- 1+ year experience in project coordination or related role (renovation / construction preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (very significant – frequent site visits)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Word & Excel




- Proactive, positive attitude and valuable communication skills

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 / year (depending on experience)
