Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead multiple large-scale projects from initiation to completion while ensuring objectives, budgets, schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Strategic Planning

Develop project execution plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and implement risk management strategies that support business objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments while providing regular project updates and maintaining effective communication.

Team Leadership

Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching to Project Coordinators and Project Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.





Financial Management

Prepare and monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, forecast project costs, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence

Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Performance Reporting

Track project progress using key performance indicators, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Minimum 8 to 12 years of progressive project management experience, including at least 4 to 6 years leading complex projects and supervising multidisciplinary teams in a senior management capacity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field. PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential is highly preferred.

Leadership Skills

Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage multiple priorities, resolve complex challenges, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Project Management Expertise

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract management, risk assessment, and operational improvement methodologies.

Communication Skills

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.

Technical Proficiency

Experience using project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms to manage project documentation and reporting.

Mindset A strategic, results-oriented leader with exceptional organizational skills, sound business judgment, and a commitment to delivering outstanding project outcomes while fostering a positive and collaborative work setting.

Pay: $7,680.00-$8,164.00 per month
