Don’t just work anywhere — come build tomorrow together with us. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Property Administrator, Lease Setup Administration (LSA) to join our Finance team.
This role is ideal for an experienced lease administration professional who brings strong technical knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to manage more complex and non-routine lease setup activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and standardized setup and maintenance of lease and tenant data across the portfolio, while supporting complex transactions, resolving exceptions, and helping ensure consistency across asset classes within a centralized team structure. Responsibilities - Lease Setup and Maintenance: Completing lease setup for fully executed leases into the ERP systems, including more complex or non-routine arrangements. Processing amendments, renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, assignments, and terminations across a broad range of lease structures. Reviewing lease documentation and interpreting lease terms to ensure accurate setup and ongoing maintenance.
Maintaining building area information, tenant allowances,
and other key lease data elements that require judgment and detailed review.
- Data Quality and Billing Support: Setting up and validating complex lease data and billing-related parameters required to support accurate billing. Completing lease setup inputs that support accurate billing, including items such as percent rent, co-tenancy arrangements, and tenant chargebacks. Reviewing non-routine scenarios, identifying data issues or exceptions, and resolving them in coordination with the appropriate stakeholders before billing execution by the Revenue Control team.
- Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating with Finance, Leasing, Operations, Legal, and Revenue Control to support accurate lease setup and resolve complex data questions. Serving as a key escalation point for complex, non-routine, or ambiguous lease setup matters within the centralized team. Supporting consistent application of processes, standards, and documentation requirements, and sharing knowledge with less experienced team members as needed. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance data quality across the lease administration process.
Qualifications - Education: completion of a university degree or college diploma.
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in lease administration, accounting, credit, collections, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex and non-routine lease administration activities, including recent leases, renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, assignments, and terminations.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear communication skills, with the ability to interpret lease terms and resolve exceptions accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with JDE, Yardi, or comparable financial systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment that continues to evolve and adapt. Collaboration and knowledge sharing within a team-oriented environment.

Role Details & Compensation This role offers the opportunity to apply your experience in lease setup and tenant data administration within a centralized lease administration team, while contributing to billing accuracy, data integrity, and a scalable lease-to-cash process across the business. In this role, you will take on more complex and non-routine work, support issue resolution and process consistency, and partner closely with stakeholders across the business. This position requires 4 days per week at our head office located at 100 Adelaide Street West. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
