Accountabilities As a Senior Python/Django Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services while contributing to overall product quality and scalability. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python and Django.
- Building efficient and reliable APIs while collaborating with frontend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Managing, optimizing, and maintaining PostgreSQL databases to support application performance and reliability.
- Performing code reviews, writing automated tests, and ensuring adherence to development best practices and quality standards.
- Contributing to full-stack development initiatives, including occasional frontend work with React and TypeScript.
- Troubleshooting technical challenges and implementing effective solutions to improve application stability.

Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced backend engineer with strong Python/Django expertise and a passion for building high-quality software solutions. You should bring:

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing applications with Python and Django.
- Strong experience working with PostgreSQL databases, including optimization and data management.
- Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and scalable software development practices.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript is beneficial.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with international teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
