Group is hiring an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team. Listed compensation is an estimate of the combination of salary and weekly gratuities for this role The ideal candidate in this role has unquestionable hospitality, a passion for all things food and beverage, and the ability to focus in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:

Work in tandem with the Management and Operations team to ensure successful daily operations.

Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Provide a secure inclusive environment for staff and colleagues.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

Oversee hiring, training, and guidance of hourly front of house staff, ensuring a positive culture amongst the team.

Build and maintain outstanding relationships with guests both new and returning.





Ordering and inventory control,

Maintain strong communication with the kitchen team throughout service to ensure a smooth flow.

Scheduling of front of house staff.

Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

Reservation management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management, experience in Michelin recognized restaurants is a strong asset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A keen eye for details.

Problem solving skills and a solutions oriented mindset.

Knowledgable & passionate about wine (equivalent knowledge of WSET level 3 preferred)

Comfortable with administrative tasks such as reporting in Excel or Google Suite.

Experience in a fine dining setting or restaurant with a similar service style.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
